Since its creation the Center for Global Nonkilling has emphasized the importance of building constructive alliances through co-operative relations with sponsors, networks and other organizations with common goals. The Center relies in both sponsors and partners for the development of its ongoing activities. Sponsors usually provide general financial and operational support for CGNK activities while partnerships are usually action-orientated relationships with one or more organizations. Networks constitute broader alliances of organizations.
