CGNK joins Chinatown Peace Center
The Center for Global Nonkilling has reached an agreement with Pacific Justice and Reconciliation to use its Chinatown Peace Center as a headquarters in downtown Honolulu. CGNK Director Joám Evans Pim visited the offices at 63 North Beretania Street last week together with PJR Vice President and Chinatown Peace Center Executive Director Ha’aheo Guanson. The downtown Honolulu headquarters offers two large meeting rooms, computer workspaces and a dedicated Peace Library that will now incorporate all CGNK publications.
The Center for Global Nonkilling is grateful to Pacific Justice and Reconciliation and its Chinatown Peace Center for its invaluable collaboration providing a privileged location to share its projects and activities in the island of ‘Oahu, where it has been based since its incorporation in 1994.
