Nonkilling at Hawaii Interfaith Open Table
CGNK Founder and Chair of the Governing Council Glenn D. Paige will be the featured guest speaker at the Pacific Peace Forum next Wednesday, July 3, 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Professor Paige will introduce the vision of nonkilling at an Interfaith Open Table organized by the Interfaith Alliance Hawai‘i, an organization of individuals that speak from the perspectives of over 30 faith-based traditions. The session will take place at the Harris United Methodist Church, 20 South Vineyard Blvd.
The session is part of the Pacific Peace Forum, a program that provides specialized church and community training and education in peacemaking, nonviolence, and reconciliation, now also introducing the concept of nonkilling. The program sessions will be held once a month at St. Andrews Cathedral.
